is a traditional Christmastime cocktail in the United States, devised by British journalist Pierce Egan in the 1820s. It is a variant of eggnog with brandy and rum added and served hot, usually in a mug or a bowl.  So now you know.  lol
1930's McKee Glass Company, seven piece Tom & Jerry "punch" bowl set.  I actually use my T&J bowl a lot as a dough bowl- it holds a lot and then I can use it as a punch bowl set as well.
The approx. measurements are as follows:
Bowl 11" in
diameter
Cups/Mugs  3" tall x 2.5" in diameter
This has been stored on a shelf in a climate controlled barn, but unfortunately it is not dust controlled and this gorgeous old set will need to be gently hand washed.
The custard bowl is what seemed not to survive - this is a complete set- chip and crack free with the MCK marking on the bottom of the pieces.
When you hold this old glass to the light you can see the fire in it.  Nothing like old McKee or Jeannette milk glass pieces.
