I guess I expected sturdier ABS Plastic. This was not the case, but in all fairness, what should I have expected for the price. Unfortunately, when dimensions are provided the thickness of products generally aren't published. The access panel just wasn't sturdy for shower cut-off valve applications. I'll keep researching product lines.
