    ADE Microsense  Non-contact Thickness / TTV gauge
    In prestine condition.  Kept in storage for a very long time and hardly used.  The probes, mother board, case and everything else are all in very good condition.
    Recently recalibrated and probe position readjusted.
    Capable of accurately measung the thickness of silicon wafers from  50 micron to 900 micron by just sliding the wafer between the probe.
    Comes with a copy of ADE manual.
