Easy to Use
This set includes a wood cutting board and aluminum drip pan, so you can carve without creating a mess. The cutting board is reversible for longer life and sturdy enough to use with your biggest knives. Place it inside the full size drip pan to collect crumbs or drippings. The pan itself has an open bead rim for resistance to warping and is easy to clean.
Includes a Heat Lamp
The single arm heat lamp is designed with a flexible body so you can lower or raise it up to 24" away from food to keep meat at safe serving temperatures. The lamp includes a shatter-proof 250W red bulb, a drilled heat shade, and flared rim to aid in proper heat. Its sockets are ceramic insulated and finished with nickel-plated copper to prevent the risk of fusing. Plus, the 8 mounting screws allow you to install it along your cutting board for easy use. This lamp requires a 120V electrical connection.

What is the best way to clean and care for my wooden cutting board?
All wood products should be hand washed. The heat and chemicals of a dishwasher are harmful to wood’s naturally porous texture. If your board begins to show signs of wear, its finish can be restored with a food safe mineral oil or wood conditioner. First, clean and dry the board. Then, apply a thin coating with a soft cloth or paper towel. Once the conditioner has soaked into the board, buff off any excess with a clean cloth. Having excess conditioner on a wood cutting board will make it feel sticky or oily. Be sure to dry it completely before storage to prevent mold.
Can this heat lamp be used outdoors?
This heat lamp is not recommended to be used outdoors, or in a setting with an uncontrollable environment. Food trucks, or other enclosed spaces, would be okay, but a tent would not work since that would be susceptible to the wind or temperature, regardless of the use of a heat lamp.
