If you don't know which size you have, when facing the back of your chair place your finger behind the middle of the top lip of the chair where it says "Herman Miller". Feeling the back side of that for braille dots, if you feel two dots you have a size B and three dots is a size C. You can also just count the ridges on your lumbar pad, 17 is size B, 19 is size C.
