APPLICATIONS - Designed for use on flat, irregular, and contoured surfaces, as well as hard-to-reach places such as pipes and tubing, Eco Edge's flap wheels are suitable for a variety of applications, including de-burring, finishing, polishing and cleaning on metals. It can be used to remove rust and weld burr, as well as paint removal on wood.

The wide range of grit sizes are designed for applications such as de-burring, finishing, polishing, and cleaning of metal surfaces. The shank on these flap wheels is made of stainless steel and fits all drills. Note that maximum speed is 30000 RPM for 1" wheels. We have tested our flap wheels on major brands of angle grinders and on various types of metal surfaces. We have also tested competitors' flap wheels and found that Eco Edge's flap wheels perform just as well as, if not , those of competitors. Before using tools, always read the user's manual and safety codes. Never exceed the specified maximum RPM.
