I sell a wide variety of items in different conditions.  The condition is always disclosed truthfully as New, New-Other or Used.  I DO NOT sell items that I know are non-functional, unless the condition is listed as "For Parts/Not Working".
I inspect and test every item I sell unless it's sealed in the original packaging, in which case testing would be redundant.
I include a full description of every item(s) in the listing, so PLEASE read the entire description carefully.
I list the contents that are included in every sale.  If an item is not listed such as a manual, original box or other small accessory, then I am not including that specific item in the sale.
International sales will be AS-IS.  All sales in the Continental US, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are guaranteed against being Dead on Arrival (DOA).
SHIPPING
Handling time is one (1) business day.
Most orders will ship same day or within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment.
A signature will be required for all shipments totaling 0.00 or more.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/ISSUES
You must contact me within 30 days of receiving an item to initiate a return or exchange.
Free returns if the item is Dead on Arrival (DOA).  Once I receive a returned DOA item, I do inspect/test it to verify it is non-functional before issuing a refund.
It is YOUR responsibility to check compatibility prior to purchasing.
Items returned for a reason other than DOA will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Items must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received, which includes all parts and packaging.
No returns accepted on international sales.
If the item does not match the description or is Dead on Arrival (DOA), please contact me before opening a case with eBay or leaving negative feedback as those options just complicate an otherwise easy fix.  I can usually send you parts or we can do an exchange/return for a full refund.
