The Hatco GRAL-36 Glo-Ray® infrared foodwarmer hangs over a holding area to keep cooked product at warm, safe temperatures until it is ready to be served. Because the unit provides the correct amount of heat, these products will stay warm without cooking further or drying out. Its heat pattern is pre-focused, even, and designed to prevent cold spots, while an incandescent light in the unit ensures the food is visible, which is ideal for visible display areas. Insulation in the heater keeps heat inside and in the holding area, while the aluminum housing construction provides strength and durability.
