Chair will be cleaned, leather will be conditioned, and wood will be properly polished upon sale.
This has been in a pet friendly home, no animals have been allowed to use item, chair has been properly maintained, cleaned and covered when not in use.
Original manual and booklet included, all parts, cushions and frame pieces will be packaged for you. I will have chair disassembled to the point of the base being assembled as much as possible, while cushions and any other pieces protected.
You will need to provide yourself with a screw driver to put back together.
