If you do not examine the merchandise and you still sign for it, we will NOT be able to file a claim or hold the shipper responsible. Freight companies are able to deny millions of dollars in damages because items were not inspected at the time of delivery and were not marked as "damaged" on the Bill of Lading. If your item has been crated, please expect to uncrate it and inspect it before the driver has left and before you sign for it. A driver is obligated to wait.     For all non free deliveries please request a quote for shipping before bidding or buying an item. Please do not assume how much an item will cost to ship to you. Most of those items require freight; NOT FedEx, UPS, or USPS. There is a crating fee and a crating process, the item must travel hundreds to thousands of miles, and many factors go into the price of shipping. You may call or email us and we will walk you through the process and answer all of your questions. We pass our discount along to our clients. With the sheer volume of freight we ship annually, we receive a much higher discounted rate on shipping than your average non-commercial seller. This means that the price we receive from the freight companies and pass on to you is much cheaper than setting up your own shipment. Local pick up is available at no extra charge!
    Inside Delivery:
    Many of our large and/or heavy items ship on a pallet via FREIGHT truck. Unless you pay for and make arrangements to have the freight company bring your item(s) inside, they will not do it. Freight deliveries are sidewalk / curbside only. You must have the tools and man power to uncrate your item and bring it inside. The driver is not required to provide any tools or assistance.

    We require payment within 5 days of winning the bid. Payment must be paid via PayPal, credit card, or check (Please keep in mind that check payments will delay shipment as they have to clear through the bank prior to release of equipment). If you need more time to pay, please call us and let us know. If payment and / or communication is not made within 5 days, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and offer your item to another buyer.
    THREE YEAR* PARTS & LABOR WARRANTY
    MVP GROUP CORP. (KOOL-IT) warrants to the original purchaser of every new KOOL-IT refrigerated unit to be free from defects in material or workmanship, under normal and proper use and maintenance service as specified by MVP Group Corp. and upon proper installation and start-up in accordance with the instruction packet supplied with each unit. MVP Group?s obligation under this warranty is limited to a period of three (3) years* from the date of original installation. *SEE EXCEPTIONS BELOW*
    Any original part covered under this warranty that is determined by MVP Group Corp. to have been defective within three (3) years* of original installation shall be limited to the repair or replacement, including the labor charge for defective parts or assemblies. The labor warranty shall include standard straight time labor charges only and reasonable travel time, as determined by MVP Group Corp.
    Warranty shall not cover standard wear and tear parts which include door gaskets, incandescent bulbs, LED lamps, or fluorescent bulbs. Warranty also does not cover issues caused by improper installation or lack of basic preventative maintenance which includes, but not limited to regular cleaning of condenser coils.
    ADDITIONAL TWO YEAR COMPRESSOR WARRANTY
    In addition to the three (3) year* warranty stated above, MVP Group Corp. hereby warrants its hermetically and semi-hermetically sealed compressors to be free from defects in both material and workmanship under normal and proper use and maintenance service for a period of two (2) additional years from the date of original installation, but shall at no times exceed five (5) years after shipment from the manufacturer.
    Compressors determined by MVP Group Corp. to have been defective within this extended time period will, at MVP Group Corp?s option, be either repaired or replaced with a compressor or compressor parts of a similar capacity.
    The two (2) year extended compressor warranty applies only to hermetically and semi-hermetically sealed parts of the compressor and does not apply to any other parts or components, including, but not limited to: cabinet, paint finish, temperature control, refrigerant, metering device, driers, motor starting equipment, fan assembly or any other electrical component, etc.
    *EXCEPTIONS:
    All KCD, KGM, KSM & KGF products shall be warranted for a period of two years parts and labor, with an additional warranty of three years for replacement of the compressor only, as per above.
