: Obviously a fine looking, beautifully decorated baking dish, it's apparently also
EXTREMELY RARE
here in North America.  I can find no reference text and/or image(s) to any cookware of any size, shape, form or composition by Issey Miyake.  Fashion; certainly, cosmetics / perfumes; to a lesser degree, home decor; only a couple.  Bakeware?  Nada, zippo, zilch, nyet!  My only clue is that the backstamp not only certifies "
Issey Miyake ~ Made in China
", but also "
Fabriqué en Chine
" indicating it may have been released into the French market only... and this one escaped!
