Units are in like new working condition. Units were pulled out of a larger hot food merchandizer during a recent retail grocery store remodel/reset project.

The Cayenne® Heat Strip is intended to be used as a heat source to help maintain food at safe temperatures until served. Choose between medium or high wattage heat strips to keep food at ideal serving temperatures.
