    Description

    This listing is for a UHV transfer load lock assembly that is built to allow your chamber to reach far lower base pressures. Most load locks are evacuated to a few millitorr via a roughing pump. This load lock has a built in UHV heater for bakeout and a 6" conflat pumping port for a turbo. When coupled with a metal bonnet seal gate valve, this will allow for you to quickly reach UHV and even XHV pressures. I have not included the 6" metal bonnet seal valve in this listing, but I have several on the shelf if needed.
