McKee Glass Co Jadite / Jadeite / Jade-ite Short Water Server W/ Lid And Spigot.
The lid has some chips as well as a sliver chip on the underside.
The rim of the jug had no chips.
The spigot screws on but the rubber is old and dry — I have not tested this with water in it to see if it leaks.
The rim of the jug and the lid itself is 5” x 10 3/4”.
The jug is about 3 7/8” tall (with the lid on, it is 4 1/8”).
The spigot sticks out about 1 3/4” (making the overall length with spigot about 12 1/2”).
