This is the Captain Picard Star Trek The Next Generation limited edition bust it is hand cast in polystone and hand numbered also - it is from Sideshow and an early series and so is highly collectible
This limited edition bust has never been removed from its box and so is in excellent condition — see photos
It has been kept in controlled storage and never handled without a photo glove and so no smoke or other pollutants have touched it  — note that it is in a polybag that has some reflections/dust on it but not on the box itself
