Polish Pottery Rectangular Baker 11" Ceramika Artystyczna Blue NEVER USED

Here we have a gorgeous hand made/hand painted ceramic baker by Ceramika Artystyczna in Poland.  This rectangular ceramic baking dish measures approximately 11" x 9" x 2 3/4".  Sorry, but I do not know the name of this pattern, but is floral with various shades of blue (see pictures).
From an estate sale - preowned but never used.  The item still has the original paper tag on the bottom.
