CONDITION NOTE: This chair mostly brand new. We purchased this chair new and kept it in storage. The piston wasn't working properly and the manufacturer sent us a new seat, piston, base, legs & wheels. The seat back and handles were removed from our old chair.
Includes un-assembled parts. (if there are any issues, we will help resolve through the manufacturer).
Active extended warranty until JUNE 27, 2021, LENOVO on-site coverage. See photos.

Payments & Return Policy
Notification of payment or actual payment must be received within three days of winning the auction. Your winning bid is a contract to buy.
All items are inspected for functionality and are accurately described and photographs of the item (with serial numbers) are taken prior to shipment. As such, no refunds will be made. You will receive the exact item described, in the condition described (

Please research the item (online & otherwise). If you ask to cancel a transaction after buying & paying, and before shipping, we charge at 10% fee, to account for our time in preparing the shipment and shipping materials.
If we authorize a return, there will be a 20% restocking fee and any shipping costs paid to sent the item will not be refunded. If an item as Free or Reduced Shipping, and you return an item, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, in addition to the 20% restocking fee.
Any functional issues with items sold NEW or NEW OTHER, will have these issues addressed through the
manufacturer
