Choke position/selector die cut vinyl decal for top handle saws.

Due to current problems with post office deliveries, some orders arrive on time, some a few days late and some a few weeks late.  With the unpredictability of delivery times I have had to reship a large fraction of orders to ensure delivery of orders aren't delayed any longer than necessary. Until USPS gets reliable again on delivering mail, I have to cancel free shipping by regular postage that is costing me more than I can recoup.
I am forced to charge for shipping with a tracking number at this time.*
