The front, top, and sides of the outer body are made of stainless steel, while the back has an aluminum finish. The inside is lined with white aluminum that is NSF approved, and coved corners on the stainless steel floor. Ecomate, a high-density polyurethane insulation, is used to make sure the cabinet structure is “foamed-in-place”, ensuring that you don’t make any unintentional contributions to global warming. The self-closing door, which boasts a positive seal, stays open at 90°. The recessed handle is also “foamed –in-place” with a sheet metal interlock.
